Hello, my name is Stephanie Ginter – thank you for visiting!

I am a passionate customer service expert and consultant excited by the opportunity to help organizations achieve greater success by enriching their customer experiences and enhancing their customer service levels while doing something I love.

Everywhere I go, I see businesses and organizations who deserve kudos and great PR for their outstanding and consistent customer service levels; unfortunately, there are far too many who are missing the mark and that inspire me to write and help.

I received a BS in Business Management from the University of Nevada, Reno and then went on to begin a career with Enterprise Holdings where I progressed quickly into management and developed my personal passion for customer service and the organizational development behind it.  I have worn many hats with Enterprise, but none so fulfilling as the coaching, training, and development of people and processes as they relate to customer service.

After a decade with Enterprise, I decided to also pursue my MBA to add further knowledge and credibility to my experience with the intention of using it to build my life around the improvement of organizations through customer service.  I look forward to further exploring the topic as well as  helping you to transform your customer service and build value around your brand.  I welcome your thoughts and ideas – so please leave a comment!
